With due respect to Tim Arnold-Moore, let me point out that the DOJ anti-trust action has its basis in a much older court decision. Obviously the problem is much more that browser dominance, but the browser decision is the place from which the DOJ can begin most expediently. Anyone who has noticed how MS behaves in the standards arena (including but not limited to Java, browsers, kerberos, even networking protocols), anyone who is in publishing, any country that has a software industry has a concern about MS. The question is how valid is their concern under US law (in the US).
