Re: Use of Pre-Recorded Videos in Interactive Television Courses

Technically, it is against copyright law to do so. But it really is a gray area, and this is EXACTLY the reason the code needs to be updated. I would argue fair use, but I don't want to be the test case! Which is why we do not show videotapes in our DE classes without written permission. And having to get that permission severely impacts the learning process. JS
