If IE was really integrated into the Win95 operating system, why does the Microsoft Windows 95 Resource Kit, published by Microsoft Press at page 13 state

Support for basic FTP and Telnet TCP/IP utilities
and for ADVANCED software such as Mosaic makes
Windows 95 Internet-ready."
Just add Mosaic and you are ready to run. B^).
