Try HIEROS GAMOS, www.hg.org, a good resource for foreign law. Go to the HGII part of the site and choose "Intellectual Property," where materials are collected by country.

You might also try PETER FARIS's site, www.farislaw.com, with links to foreign law, U.S. insular law, high court decisions, freeware etc.; his e-mail is faris[_at_]farislaw.com.
