You have touched on an issue well discussed in the legal and publishing communities and with case law behind it. It seems to me that you would be very clearly violating copyright. Your company should contact the CCC (Copyright Clearance Center) in Mass. to obtain a license. They represent reprographic (photocopying) rights for publishers.
