Greetings:
I am happy to announce the creation of a new mailing list dedicated to the discussion of the legal implications of the Year 2000 problem.
This new list came as a result of the Practising Law Institute's seminar entitled "Understanding , Preventing and Litigating Year 2000 Issues: What Every Lawyer Needs to Know Now." Chairman Charles L. Kerr, a partner with the law firm of Morrison & Foerster in New York City will be the list's moderator. In addition to Mr. Kerr the list's subscribers will include many of the legal experts in this field.
I invite all of you to subscribe to this new valuable resource for information on the legal implications of the Year 2000 problem. Learn about the risks and liabilities concerning this problem, talk to the experts and find out how they are preparing their clients for compliance, ask questions and get answers to many of the complex issues such as: insurance coverage, tort liability, contracting, disclosure and much more.
