This was *not* an easy task, and Tyler was probably just licking his lips hoping that Bob, the research slut, would take up the challenge.

Here is what I found:

Tony Martino is an English attorney (solicitor?). He was formerly of Ladas & Parry, but according to the LA office of that firm (they also have an office in London), Tony left there about two years ago, and the LA office didn't know where he went. They said the London office might, but the London office doesn't apparently have e-mail, and I may be a sucker for research but extravagant I'm not, so I had to continue looking. I found this footnote that referred to a book that was co-authored by Tony and three others, so I started searching for the three others. With one, Claire Miskin, I had some luck and found that she had something to do with an entity called the Entertainment Law Review. Looking for that I found that Tony is apparently the General Editor of that publication (published by Sweet & Maxwell), and Claire is the News Section Editor. The web page can be found at:

Sweet & Maxwell can be contacted at:

One assumes that you should be able to get to Tony through them.
