More Joint Authorship Questions

Greetings. Sorry to beat a dead horse, but I'm running into a bit of a brick wall on my thesis so I was wondering if y'all might be able to help.

I'm looking for treatises, cases and articles about Joint Authorship, specifically:

   NOT discussion over joint authorship v. works for hire    NOT discussion over the copyrightability of each person's contribution

but preferably dealing with the nature of the work (joint authorship versus compilation) and any conflict of laws issues when the authors are from different countries.

I'm looking for *any* material that is written in or translated into English, regardless of jurisdiction. Items available online are obviously preferred, but I know there's only the slimmest chance that the material I need will be that easy to find :)
