Transient reproduction or temporary reproduction

I am currently working on the transient or temporary reproduction right in the Internet.

I would much appreciate if anyone could give me the reference and web locations of the latest US and UK cases as regard this matter.

I have heard about the Triad system v. Southeastern Express Co case in which the judge held a solution similar to that in the article 5.1 of the latest draft Directive on the information society. Is it possible to find copy of the decision on the Web as well as comments about it?
