You will get the completed Form TX with the LOC stamp (if it was filed correctly), or a correspondence letter or telephone call from an examiner indicating a problem/error made concerning the registration.

As for the time delay (since you sent it in December), the LOC's current average response time (according to them) for the processing and filing of copyright forms is around 4 months, so you should hear from them soon.
