Dear Mark:
Are Database publishers required to date each record/piece in order to retain its protection? If not, it is still troubling to historians, who will not be able to tell whether an individual item is copyrighted or datarighted. Bad enough we have to do reverse genealogy for life plus 50 (70)... now we have to trace what could conceivably be a very small fragment's status as well?
