The docket sheet is available via Pacer (see http://www.uscourts.gov/PubAccess.html ). We downloaded the Pacer record for that case a few days ago and have posted it at http://www.patents.com/weblaw/tvm.sht .
As you can see, Ticketmaster has filed its Second Amended Complaint, and it has been answered with counterclaims, and the counterclaims have been answered. A discovery cutoff for document production and interrogatories passed on May 29, 1998, apparently, and a discovery cutoff for depositions has apparently been set for July 30, 1998. A last date for filing of motions for summary judgment is set at August 10, 1998, and trial is set for November 10, 1998.
