The current drafts can be downloaded either from Ray Nimmer's UCC2b site, hosted by the University of Houston law library, or from the ALI UCC archive at U. Penn. The former is usually more up-to-date.

I have gotten into the habit of dumping the downloads into FolioViews so that I can search, cross-link, and annotate the thing as I wrestle with it.
