Implementation of WIPO treaties in Canada

The Canadian government has posted two reports concerning potentially necessary legislative amendments to implement the two WIPO treaties. The reports were written by outside consultants, and it is noted that they do not necessarily reflect the views of the government. The government has requested comments by September 15.
