Dear all,
I just heard on NPR News that the judge in the MLK v CBS case held that the use by CBS of the "I Have A Dream" Speech does not infringe the copyright.
The reporter seemed to indicate that the court held that the speech fell into the public domain.
I just checked WESTLAW for the opinion, and it is not yet posted.
