The wire services are reporting:

King Lawsuit Tossed - (ATLANTA) -- A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by the King family against C-B-S... because the network used footage of Dr. King's famous ``I Have A Dream speech'' in a video documentary about the civil rights movement. The family wanted damages because the speech is copyrighted. The judge says the speech is public domain.
