Yes, could someone? I certainly can't.
Perhaps you are thinking of the right of publicity, i.e., the right to control use of one's likeness? That is not part of U.S. copyright law, however -- it is either common law or state statutory law. Is it what you had in mind? If not, I am at a loss to answer.
