About Michael Scarpitti's first question: The (P) in the copies of *phonograms* followed by the year of the first publication (and the producer's name in some other part of the copy or envelop) is the intellectual property reservation notice of section 5 *Phonograms Agreement* (Geneva October 29, 1971). The function is similar to the one of (C) in section III *Universal Convention*.
