They are most likely referring to the band Negativeland whose latest CD has been turned down by 4 CD pressing plants. The band was involved in a copyright suit several years ago when they put out an album enititled "U2", which had a unauthorized re-working of U2's song, "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For". The result of the suit was the album being recalled and all copies and master prints destroyed. Negativeland apparently samples other artists works without permission and thus no one wants to press their CD's.
