Mr. Henderson appears to know the most fascinating people -- or at least, people with the most fascinating real property. Imagine that! Absolute control! -- not subject to any easements, covenants, restrictions, servitudes, takings, zoning, or environmental regulations!

I wish I knew all the neat people Mr. Henderson knows.
