The New York Intellectual Property Law Association is holding its annual, fall CLE weekend program on "Recent Developments in Intellectual Property Law" on October 2-4 at the Nevele Grande in the Catskills on October 2-4. Admission is open to both NYIPLA and non-NYIPLA members at a nominal registration fee. State CLE credit is available.
The program features a talk on PTO developments by PTO Commissioner Bruce Lehman and a mock-Markman hearing which will be presided over by Thomas P. Griesa, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judges Miriam G. Cedarbaum and Gerard L. Goettel.
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the fall foliage at this world famous resort in the Catskills while keeping abreast of the recent developments in intellectual property law. Attendees can also participate in a golf and tennis tournament.
