Personal vacation film produced

'Collective work'. does the meaning of this phrase under the copyright law mean the collection of one type of works only? e.g. compilation of literary work only or musical work only. If an artist makes a thematic area comprising of collection of artistic, literary, musical works, including performances by actors e.g. Disney Land. Will it be termed as collective work. can a copyright be claimed in the arrangement of different types of works? (See the Definition of Collective work in the Berne Convention Miscellaneous definitions(?).
