That's apparently a small subset of the dictionary, and includes only a handful of Latin phrases, so is probably not helpful to the original poster, who was looking for a source to find the meaning of Latin legal terms.

In addition, a cursory review of the home page to which this belongs, <http://www.alaska.net/~winter/>, might just lead you to question the credibility of the information on this site.
