First, I would like to thank Kurt Becker and all other member of this discussion group that have contributed to keeping all of us up to date on the status of the Copyright Term Extension Act (s. 505).

Second, although I have checked both the Thomas federal government site (text of many versions of the various House & Senate bills introduced on this provided) and the Copyright Office's site, I have not been able to find/discern the text for the final bill as passed by both houses and signed by the President. Does anyone know if the final text of the bill now effective is available on-line, and if so, where is it posted?
