Regarding the effective date of Term Extension, it is not 90 days after signing, as Mr. Abbott stated. The Act itself states as follows:

   SEC. 106. EFFECTIVE DATE.    This title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect on    the date of the enactment of this Act.

So... copyright is now life +70 and 95 total pre-1978 works and for "works made for hire" etc.
