This is very interesting; could you elaborate on what is meant by the US goverment "condemning" German IP? And what areas of IP were included in that "fair amount"? And what sort of time frame this involved? Were the rights cancelled? Suspended? Works created from what date? By whom? How is this dealt with in international law?
