One of my colleague asked me about the Scientology case that has just been held in the district court of San Jose California (October 1998).
The defendent was convicted to pay a certain amount amount per month for the rest of his life.
Does anyone know about this case?
Any information on this matter would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
