This message is to bring to your attention an upcoming workshop on digital licensing. Interested recipients may request more information by email or telephone as noted at the end of the message.

The 3 hour workshop will allow participants to examine various digital licensing topics and issues, including the following:

Participants will be led through a clause by clause analysis of a typical licensing agreement. The workshop is intended to be benefit anyone involved in the use or licensing of digital materials, including photographers, writers, web and CD-ROM developers, and persons working in museums, archives, and libraries are encouraged to attend.

This offering of the workshop will be held in New York City, on December 3, 1998 from 10 am - 1 pm. The workshop was held earlier this fall in Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Phoenix, Toronto, and London UK. If you are unable to attend the New York session but are interested in attending in another venue, please email seminars[_at_]copyrightlaws.com.
