Is anyone aware of any actions/disputes in respect of copyright in Personality Type Indicator Tests (such as those developed by Myers-Briggs and Keirsey)?
Is there any US, Canadian, or UK case law regarding copyright in written exams generally that are developed using scientific methods such that two tests might be very similar in form and in actual text - i.e. where the similarity is dictated by function?
Thanks,
