distance ed submissions

According to 63 Fed Reg 63749, written submissions to the U.S. Copyright Office re: distance education are due on December 7, 1998. The summary reads in part, "At this time, the Copyright Office is soliciting only the identification of any and all potentially interested parties and an identification of the issues with which they may be concerned."

Is anyone on this list planning to submit a written statement to the Copyright Office and, if so, will you make your submission available on the web?
