I have heard that an opinion was handed down in the Loudon County Library case within the last two days.
Does anyone have any idea where a copy of the opinion may be obtained; or, failing that, a good news story covering the decision? I have tried Lexis and Nexis without success, and web search-engine searches for "Loudon County" bring up materials related to the library but not the case.
