Is anybody aware of any articles, available online or otherwise, that discuss (and translate into English) the provisions of Title II of the Digitial Millennium Copyright Act? I know that the US Copyright Office already has posted on its web site interim regulations dealing with the section as well as a procedure and forms for an ISP designation of an agent pursuant to amended Section 512 (c)(2) of the Act, but I'm looking for a commentary that parses out, defines and discusses transitory digital networking communciations, system caching, information storage, etc.
