We circulate about 10,000 video titles. Most of these we have rights to copy, and we relabel these plain cassettes with our own labels (containing an FBI warning). Others we buy from the manufacturer. We also need to label these with our identification so they do not get lost. What are the rules about altering the labels on the original videos? There isn't much room for labels unless we replace the ones from the company.
