With the help of "the list," I did present at the Governors Conference on the Arts last month. Of course, the subject matter and time limitations morphed in the last minute, so the presentation became less of a concrete speech and more of a five to ten minute general speculation designed to elicit a healthy q & a. These disclaimers now in place, true to my word, I have finally just posted the notes for my speech and a variety of resources on my website at http://www.wiredlaw.com/watermarks.html

My notes are hotlinked, as are several articles (including one from our own Eric Goldman [Eric please let me know if I have exceeded my bounds by linking to your article...]). The remaining links are carefully hidden on another page through the "Other Good Links" section at the bottom of the page. Following that will lead you to a list comprised largely of companies with product in this area. The design isn't exactly award-winning. Given all of the year-end craziness and my very recent move to firm life, I'm thrilled that I managed to put this stuff up at all. Look for the redesign soon...

Thanks again to everyone who contributed.
