Well, Martindale-Hubbell apparently didn't know it at the time I checked (I *think* that's where I looked). They seem to know it now. And you've told me so. And I believe you. Of course, Judge Dearie thought the firm existed as of June 17, 1997. And maybe then it did.

You really oughta change your e-mail address to be pw[_at_]idt.net. As long as you eliminated Govens from the firm name, you might as well remove the G from the initials. :-)
