Greetings...

I was browsing misc.int-property recently and Jon Noring
<noring[_at_]netcom.com> informed the newsgroup and several other
newsgroups that an individual (Eric Eldred) and his association (Eldritch Press) filed a lawsuit against the copyright term extension act. The lawsuit is described at:

     http://eldred.ne.mediaone.net/complaint.html

This is going to be an interesting case.

I learned from the lawsuit that there are nine public laws that extended the copyright term nine times between 1962 and 1974! What has happened to the justice?
