I understand that H.R. 354 "Collections of Information Antipiracy Act" was introduced on January 19. The bill is, I gather, almost identical to the legislation that passed the House in the last Congress. However, changes are proposed regarding fair use and the issue of perpetual protection.
Could anyone provide me with a URL with the text of the Bill and/or a brief account of its mmain features? Also any comments of the likelihood of it becoming law?
