Well, actually, TotalNews settled, so it isn't much help. There is an unpublished opinon in Shetland Times, but it is fairly narrow. The Ticketmaster case hasn't produced anything. Last I checked, the only published opinions were from, respectively, motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment in the Futuredontics case.
