Thanks to Mr. Begos for his kind recognition of the Perkins Coie Internet Case Digest. On the question of framing, in addition to the settled TotalNews case, there is the still pending case of Futuredontics v. Applied Anagramics. The motion practice in that case is also summarized on our Digest. This continues to be the case to watch for any definitive jurisprudence on the framing question.
