importation laws

for the kind consideration of the UK members of the list...

Are there anti-importation provisions in the Copyright Designs and Patents Act? Or anywhere else? For example, if I make copies in Australia under our statutory licence, can I then export them to the UK without falling foul of anyone?

I have been unable to find a copy of the CDPAct online - if it is there somewhere, I would also be grateful for the reference.
