There are several U.S. cases, most easily available through the John Marshall Law School's cyberlaw resource site, http://www.jmls.edu/cyber/index/index.html -- but be advised that since New York Times v. Sullivan, U.S. libel law differs substantially from that of other common-law jurisdictions, so they may or may not be helpful to you.
