I will be conducting a half-day workshop on "Copyright in the Networked Academy" as part of the Council of Independent Colleges technology conference in Pittsburgh on March 26, which will include some of these topics -- I don't know to what extent the rest of the conference fits with your needs (although it looks to be extremely interesting). You might also check the calender of workshops sponsored by the Cornell Computer Law & Policy Institute; they frequently present programs on intellectual property issues in higher education.
