About Mp3 music files

Dear everyone,

I have a question about mp3 digitized musics.

If I bought mp3 encoder program like "musicmatch" and I made mp3 file formats from musics in my own CDs, who is author of mp3 files? And who owns the mp3 files? (user? or programmer? or songwriter? or others?) I know it is a very difficult question.

I want to know about licence of this mp3 encorder program, which is included in software package or web-page.

If someone who knows and has about licence agreement of that kind of programs.
