Apart from LEXIS/NEXIS, WESTLAW, CARL (UnCover) and Northern Light, does anyone know of any other online providers of information who routinely license content from legal publications? I am interested only in royalty-paying content-licensees, not "free" sites. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
