This year, the 1999 FLICC Forum on Federal Information Policies will take an in-depth look at emerging issues related to electronic works and copyright. Entitled "Copyright, Electronic Works, and Federal Libraries: Maintaining Equilibrium," the Forum will be held March 10, 1999 at the Library of Congress. Presenters from publishing, government, legal, and user sectors will join former Congresswoman Patricia Schroeder and Marybeth Peters, Register of Copyrights, for a thorough discussion of the trends and developments in copyright law and information science.
