Copyright and Electronic Reserves

     I would be interested to know how issues of copyright and electronic reserves are developing and what new issues are going to arise as a result of electronic reserves? Also, what is the most direct impact on libraries through the Digital Millenium Act? Thanks in advance for your input. Julie Miran
