Re: AAP and the CCC

Leah,

I know that both the CCC and AAP employ people to look for infringing activity. I also know that a law suit seems to be the last thing they want to instigate. They usually want to encourage immediate compliance - through the CCC, which is why the two work together.

Fortunately, I have no personal experience with any investigation of this kind on my own campus.
