There was the massive suit, quite a few years back, filed against New York University (I may be wrong about the school involved) by several publishers, including the National Association of Social Workers. As I recall, it was finally settled out of court, but the terms were made public.

If non-USA cases are of any interest, there are a few I can note, though a good many were settled out of court.
