The answer is no, there is no good cyberlaw text. The closest you can get is Hank Perritt's LAW AND THE INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY, which is really a treatise, and sell for about $130, which is more than my students, at least, are willing to pay.
As to course packs, I think that most of us who teach this course use web-based materials, hyperlinked to an on-line syllabus -- you can see mine at my SHU homepage. Others include Julie Cohen's at Michigan, Michael Froomkin's at Miami, and Jessica Litman's at Wayne State.
