I often hear "copyright" used as a verb (meaning "to register with the Copyright Office"), with past tense "copyrighted." But I also hear "copywritten," even by people who've been in the music industry for years. I notice that when someone hands me a certificate for something they've "copywritten," I usually need to file a Form CA. :-)
